Training Exercise Today-Mock Child Abduction-Heavy Law Enforcement Presence in Town of Springville-Training Exercise Only. 
Today local, state and federal agencies will come together to practice managing a child abduction in Adams County. Citizens should expect to see a heavy law enforcement presence in the Township of Springville in south central Adams County. The exercise includes the use of low flying aircraft. This is a training exercise only.
