The Recreation Dept. will be offering Tai Chi classes this fall.

*Tai Chi is a healthy and enjoyable way to develop and maintain the
 relaxed sense of balance, coordination and strength we all need to bring into our lives.
 
In this beginner friendly class, we are going to  establish a daily practice routine that includes movements from a compact tai chi form as well as important deepening exercises needed to bring the many benefits of tai chi practice into daily life!
