Central Greenup County in northeastern Kentucky...
* Until 545 PM EDT Monday.
* At 1140 AM EDT, reporting gauges indicate that Tygarts Creek was
just over 19.5 feet and continues to slowly rise this morning.
Flood stage is only 20 feet and the creek will likely come out of
its banks shortly. Use caution if traveling through this area and
do not drive through water covered roads.
