The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flood Advisory for... Rockwall County in north central Texas... Southeastern Collin County in north central Texas... Northeastern Dallas County in north central Texas...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 630 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were producing heavy rainfall across the area. Excessive runoff from these thunderstorms will cause urban and small stream flooding. Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will cause minor flooding.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ROCKWALL, TX ... COLLIN, TX ... DALLAS, TX

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
