#018 Possession of a Controlled Substance and Commercial Burglary Arrests
At 10:16 a.m. Officer Meredith was patrolling the 42600 block of Philadelphia looking for two persons recently identified as being suspects in a commercial burglary.  While in the area he located the two people he was looking for, as well as a male associate.  The three people were all on probation.  During a search of their respective vehicles, the 39 year old adult male associate was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The other two were arrested for their suspected involvement in a recent commercial burglary at a Public Storage Unit located in the 47200 block of Warm Springs Blvd. 

#011 Municipal Code Violations
In response to recent community concerns, Officer Maniego and FTO Manrique contacted four 20 year old subjects drinking in the Old Mission Park after hours. They were each issued a citation for various FMC (Fremont Municipal Code) violations. 

#031 Driving on a Suspended License Arrest
Traffic Sergeant Samayoa conducted a traffic stop on a blue 2011 Hyundai Accent for a vehicle code violation while conducting traffic saturation in the area of I680 and Auto Mall Parkway.   The driver, a 27 year old, was arrested for two misdemeanor traffic warrants totaling $90,000. He was also arrested for driving on a suspended license due to a past DUI.

#029  Trespass Notice
Officer Liu detained a 30 year old male for refusing to leave the area of the 7-Eleven store located on Sundale Drive.  He was issued a trespass notice.

#001 Trespassing
Officers were dispatched to what is initially reported as a residential burglary on the 41000 block of Fremont Blvd. A resident of the home reports hearing someone in their unlocked basement which is separate from the main residence. The reporting party is able to review their video cameras and sees a male subject walk out of the basement area and jump over a fence exiting their property. Officeres quickly respond and locate a 50 year old adult male who is identified as the suspect. It is learned the male was trying to find a place to sleep for the night. He was arrested for trespassing.
