NARRATIVE:

On September 4th, 2018 at approximately 11:37pm, officers responded to a noise complaint at a residence located on Norwood Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a party was in progress where alcohol was being consumed by persons under the age of 21. Officers determined that several partygoers were under the age of 21 had been drinking while at the residence. Partially consumed alcoholic beverages were scattered throughout the residence along with three kegs of beer.

Upon further investigation the tenants of the residence were identified as Andrew J. Stock, Noah Goldberg, Anthony Melfa and Arben Djombalic. All four individuals were subsequently taken into custody and brought to the Township of Ocean Police Headquarters for processing.

Stock, Goldberg, Melfa and Djombalic were charged with providing a place for underage people to consume alcohol. All were released on complaint summonses and scheduled to appear at a future court hearing.

Police also issued township ordinance violations to four (4) partygoers for consuming alcoholic beverages while under the legal age on private property.
