Arrested #5: Ronielle R. Howell, Black male, 27 years old
                     Resident of Brooklyn, NY 11206

OFFICER:  Sgt. K. Loretucci #476

DETAILS:  Patrol units were detailed to the Residence Inn for disorderly guests who were violating hotel policies. Patrol had responded to the hotel earlier in the evening at 7:34 PM for noisy guests (and their non-registered visitors) whom left their children unattended at the pool, and refused to cooperate with hotel staff. Officers departed after advising the guests to comply with the hotel staff and policies. At 11:45 PM, Patrol units were called back to the hotel for additional noise complaints and hotel policy violations involving the same guests. In addition to the noise, there were also sixteen people occupying just two rooms. Because hotel staff were berated by the guests, and the guests continued to be confrontational and non-compliant with hotel policies, the staff requested that they be evicted from the hotel and said they would be given a full refund. Officers reasoned with the guests for almost an hour asking them to leave, but the above listed individuals (Arrested #1 through #5) refused to leave, and became confrontational with officers. After additional warnings went unheeded, Anjave McNeil, Robin Blyden, Zelenah Blyden, and Janell Reid were placed under arrest and processed at WWPD Headquarters. They were released pending future dates at West Windsor Municipal Court. Ronielle Howell was also charged with Defiant Trespassing, but not taken into custody since he remained at the hotel to care for three young children and an infant.
