* Flood Advisory for... Southwestern St. John The Baptist Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Central Ascension Parish in southeastern Louisiana... St. James Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Northwestern St. Charles Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
* Until 330 PM CDT.
* At 134 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one to two inches of rain has already fallen, with under an inch of additional rainfall accumulation expected.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gonzales, Reserve, Gramercy, Lutcher, Sorrento, Killona, Edgard, South Vacherie, Convent, North Vacherie, Garyville, Wallace, Montz, Des Allemands and Chackbay.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ASCENSION, LA ... ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, LA ... ST. CHARLES, LA ... ST. JAMES, LA
