Homicide investigation @ 1100 Blk. Conrad Street 
On 08/31/2018 at approximately 0100 hours, Wilmington Police responded to the 200 Blk. N. Vanburen Street regarding a complaint of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located a 39 years old male lying in the 1100 Blk. Conrad Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, the investigation is ongoing. Additional information will be forthcoming when received and confirmed. Anyone with information is being asked to contact Det. UPDATE: The homicide victim has been identified as Phillip Chapman (39 years) of Wilmington.
