PCH lanes reopened west of Topanga 
UPDATE: All lanes on PCH west of Topanga Cyn Blvd have been re-opened following an earlier closure due to a car fire.
Initial reports were the incident occurred in the westbound lanes. The accident actually occurred in the eastbound lanes, which are now open. Some residual slowing may be expected as traffic returns to normal.
