Heat Advisory until 08:00PM Tuesday

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* High temperatures in the upper 80s to lower 90s coupled with dewpoints into the 70s will yield peak heat indices around 100 degrees this afternoon and early evening. Little overnight relief will occur as heat indices largely remain above 80 degrees. Heat indices will again reach into the upper 90s during peak heating Tuesday. IMPACTS...

* The hot and humid air could lead to potentially hazardous conditions, particularly for the elderly and those with pre- existing health conditions.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MACOMB ... WAYNE ... OAKLAND
