No. The deputy directing traffic at NOHS is not flashing the Confederate flag at motorist.
Attached are pictures of the issued gloves. They have been issued to every deputy. They are reversible for day/night use, and they have reflective stripes. The only message that is intended by the gloves is that we want the deputies to be seen.
