FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR ADAMS COUNTY FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING
The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for portions of central Wisconsin, north
central Wisconsin, and west central Wisconsin, including the
following areas, in central Wisconsin, Adams, Clark, and
Juneau. In north central Wisconsin, Taylor. In west central
Wisconsin, Jackson and Monroe.
* From 7 PM CDT this evening through Tuesday morning
* Storms could bring several inches of rain over the next 24 to 48
hours.
* Ponding of water and eventual flooding are possible. River and
creeks will also be on the rise.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
