On August 25, 2018, at 8:30 p.m. Sgt. Bruce Vanoven conducted a traffic stop on a White 2005 Ford Sports Utility Vehicle for running the Stop light at the intersection of Broadway and Main Street in Princeton. Upon approaching the vehicle Sgt. Vanoven identified the driver as 24 year old Raymond Howard Davis IV of Austin, Indiana. After a roadside investigation Mr. Howard was placed into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Carrying a Handgun Without a License. He remains in custody on a $650 bond.

Assisting Sgt. Vanoven in his investigation was Deputy Jennifer Loesch, and Princeton Officer Nefti Padilla, Lincoln Edwards, and Matthew Perry.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
