Road Work on Webster Street to Begin Monday, August 27th, Motorists Should Expect Delays. 
The City’s Contractor will begin applying the first layer of a cape seal surface treatment on Webster Street (Beech Street to Elm Street) on Monday, August 27th from 7 AM to 12 PM.
Travel lanes will be restricted to only one lane in each direction (no dedicated turn lane). Turns onto intersecting streets may not be allowed.
Motorists are strongly urged to seek alternative routes and avoid the area. Delays should be expected.
