Full Notification

WARNING OF TOWN MEETING

The residents of the Town of Sherman are hereby warned and notified that a Town Meeting will be held at Mallory Town Hall Meeting Room on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10:00AM to act on the following:

1.) To authorize the Town of Sherman to enter into a lease agreement with T-Mobile Northeast LLC at 2 Taber Road for hosting telecommunications equipment.

2.) To authorize the Town of Sherman to enter into an addendum to the lease between The Town and Full Circle Farming/John Motsinger to facilitate the T-Mobile LLC/Town of Sherman lease agreement.

3.) To authorize an amount not to exceed $8,000 from the Happy Acres Farm restricted fund to hire Hudson Valley Preservation to assess Happy Acres barn repairs.

4.) To authorize an amount not to exceed $6,000 from the Happy Acres Farm restricted fund to hire Fire Tower Engineered Timber for engineering services associated with Happy Acres barn repairs.
