On 08/19/2018 at 05:20 AM Janesville Police Department Officers responded to the 200 block of S Randall Ave. for a traffic accident with injury. A motorcycle had struck a parked car. The operator of the motorcycle sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an area medical center for treatment. The investigation lead to the discovery of the motorcycle operator being under the influence of intoxicants while operating a motor vehicle. He was subsequently arrested for OWI 7th Offense.
