The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT /10 AM EDT/ this
morning.
* VISIBILITY...Less than a quarter mile.
* TIMING...Through mid morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibilities will create hazardous travel
conditions. Visibility may change suddenly over very short
distances.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
