Traffic Delays due to Rally for Hope 
Please expect traffic delays starting at 12:00 on the following roads:
Rt. 1 to Rt. 222 at the Dam. Rt. 222 through Port Deposit up out of town to Rt. 222 down through Perryville to Rt. 40 East. The ride turns onto Rt. 279 and then onto Rt.213 heading to Fair Hill. The ride is being escorted by Deputies from the Cecil County Sheriff's Office and motor units from the Newark and New Castle County Police Departments. Again, expect delays between 12 and 1:00.
