Washington man arrested for driving while a Habitual Traffic Violator. 
On August 16, 2018, at 9:33 a.m. Sgt. Bruce Vanoven conducted a traffic stop on a White 2015 Jeep on State Road 168 East of US 41. Upon approaching the vehicle Sgt. Vanoven identified the driver as 39 year old Mark Brothers of Washington. Mr. Brothers was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While a Habitual Traffic Violator. He has since posted a $750 bond.
Assisting Sgt. Vanoven in his investigation was Officer Darrell Parker of the Fort Branch Police Department.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
