Grove St to be Paved 
The City of Oneonta with its contractor, Cobleskill Stone, will be paving Grove Street tomorrow, Friday, August 17th.
Work will occur between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. These streets will be closed to traffic during paving operations.
