Synopsis: The victim, a 35 year old male and his girlfriend were in their complex gym working out. The suspect, a male in his 30s was in the gym also working out. A verbal argument took place over space in the gym. A short time later, the male victim and his girlfriend were walking in the 6400 block of Lake Arrowhead Drive. They were confronted by the suspect and a male companion of the suspect. The victim was stabbed multiple times during a physical altercation. The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction after claiming gang affiliation. The San Diego Police Department Gang Unit is investigating. The suspect was described as a Hispanic Male , 6'3 and muscular in build with a goatee wearing a black shirt and dark hat. His companion was described as a Hispanic Male in his 30's, wearing a white shirt, and blue shorts with a white stripe.
