Detectives from Folsom Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit made an arrest Tuesday morning in a reported sexual battery case. Detectives arrested Ramiro Ricardo Fernandez, 26, of Carmichael, on Tuesday, August 14.Fernandez was a Massage Therapist at the Dream Inn and Day Spa on Natoma Street in Folsom.
Detectives began an investigation when the victim, an adult woman, reported being inappropriately touched during a massage. Detectives have not found any evidence of other incidents of inappropriate behavior at the business.
