Hydrant flushing will begin Aug 15 after the addition of a Poly/Orthophosphate blend is added to the water. This blend will help sequester color in the water distribution system and will also help ongoing corrosion control measures. Discoloration of water may occur. Run cold water until the water clears. The Water District never recommends drinking discolored water for any reason. For more information please call the Water District at 742-8124.
