Synopsis: P1, a 23 year old male was riding a motorcycle Eastbound 1500 Washington Street. P1 entered the intersection of Washington Street and Cleveland Avenue on a stale red light. P2, a 40 year old female driving a Hyundai Elantra was making a left turn from Cleveland Ave to Westbound Washington Street. P1 hit P2's front driver's side. P1 was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No alcohol is suspected. Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the accident.
