INCIDENT: Possession of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography
 
LOCATION: 9800 block of Banyan St. Rancho Cucamonga
 
SUSPECT(S): Brett Kuch, 34 year old male from Rancho Cucamonga
 
VICTIM(S): None identified at this time
 
 
SUMMARY: On Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 10:30 am, detectives and deputies from the Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED) contacted Kuch at the intersection of Hellman Ave and Pine Ave. in the city of Chino. Investigators from Crimes Against Children Division (CAC) conducted an interview with Kuch and at the conclusion of the investigation, Kuch was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography. Kuch was subsequently booked into the Central Detention Center and bail was set at $500,000.
