Spare the Air Day Set for Aug 9 
Poor air quality due to the California wildfires, coupled with low wind and high heat has lead the Bay Area Air Quality Management Agency to issue another Spare the Air Alert for Thursday Aug 9, 2018.
Residents are asked to refrain from any burning, indoor or outdoor, and limit use of gas-powered vehicles.
Those at particular risk when air quality is low are the very young, elderly, and those with respiratory illnesses. Please be mindful of the air quality when doing any outdoor work.
