Please be advised that emergency road work will take place at the intersection of 10th and Willow Ave beginning at 8 pm tonight and ending at 7 am. The intersection will be closed to traffic, but Willow will be open to cars north and south of 10th. There will be no bus service on Willow south of 11th.
