Officers of the Forest City Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the owner/operator of this brown Ford Explorer with a power chair rack on the back. The female operator may have unknowingly struck another motor vehicle at Wal-Mart on July 1, 2018 causing significant damage to the other motor vehicle.
