Scam Warning: Recently we have taken several reports from our residents reporting attempted scams via the telephone. We would just like to remind everyone that the IRS should not be calling regarding money owed to them; that if the caller tells you your relative is arrested abroad, call your family member(s) to confirm they are safe; the Monroe Township PBA does not solicit donations via telephone. Any residents that think they are the victim, or potential victim, of a scam should contact the Police Department prior to sending money or giving personal information.
