Dear West Hollywood Residents:

I would like to thank you for supporting the 35^th Anniversary of National Night Out.  National Night Out was established with the intent to promote law enforcement-community partnerships to make our neighborhoods safer places to live.  National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, while bringing back a true sense of community.  I strongly believe that the partnership between the local Sheriff’s station and our neighbors, will serve to help us positively impact crime in our neighborhoods. 
 
Your participation tonight, and every night thereafter, serves to strengthen that partnership.  There is no doubt, we need the community’s involvement in making our streets safer.  The positivity that shines through National Night Out, provides the opportunity to bring us all together as a whole.
 
During our various National Night Out events, I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible. I would like to discuss current crime trends, and gather your input on how we can partner together to make our neighborhoods safer.
