On Monday, July 30, 2018 between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., a brown tabby cat named “Max” was removed from its owner’s property located near the intersection of Clarksville Road and North Mill Road. Max is fifteen (15) years old with medical conditions that require medication. A witness described the individual who removed Max as a white female, approximately thirty-five (35) years old with short blonde hair, approximately 5’3” tall and a medium build. She was operating a red colored small SUV, similar in size to a Toyota Rav4 or Honda CRV. Please see the attached flier, with a picture of Max, created by the owner.
