* Until 300 PM EDT.
* At 1158 AM EDT, With high levels of runoff continuing, gauge reports along the upper Catawba indicated that the river was still rising. Please remain cautious of developing above bankfull conditions from Pleasant Gardens downstream to Lake James.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lake James State Park, Lake James, Nebo, Pleasant Gardens and Marion.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MCDOWELL, NC
