Suspicious circumstance in the area of Novi Street and Hill in the City of Northville at approximately 9:00 PM on 8/2/2018. A suspicious male 45-50 years old, heavy set 225-250lbs, black hair, full beard and mustache, driving a red/burgundy Ford Escape, subject approached a 15 y/o girl walking her brother asking if she needed a ride. The young girl went to a nearby home for safety and noted the vehicle had a handicap placard was last seen heading southbound on Novi St. towards 8 Mile Rd.
