Update: In Custody - JPD Requesting Public Assistance in locating Michael Partee Jr. for Assault / Weapons Offense Investigation 
Update
On July 30 and into the early morning hours of Aug 1 officers from the Janesville Police Department Patrol Division, Street Crimes Unit and SWAT Team took Partee into custody without incident. After several hours of surveillance, and repeated attempts to have Partee voluntarily surrender a search warrant was drafted and served by the Janesville SWAT Team at 1900 Rockport Apt #4. Upon arrival of the SWAT Team Partee surrendered without incident.
The Janesville Police Department is investigating an assault/weapons offense that occurred in the 200 block of S Jackson St. Michael S Partee Jr. (24 years old) is a person of interest in the investigation and the Janesville Police Department is asking public assistance in locating him.
