Bartlett Springs Mandatory Evacuation Notice 
The Lake County Sheriff's Office has issued a Mandatory Evacuation Notice for residents on Bartlett Springs Road, north to Twin Valley Road in the Mendocino National Forest and east to the western border of the High Valley Ranch, and extending East to the western side of Indian Valley Reservoir.
This does not include the communities of Lucerne, Paradise Cove, Glenhaven, Clearlake Oaks, Spring Valley and Double Eagle Ranch. Shelters are located in Lower Lake & Middletown.
