* Flash Flood Watch to include a portion of central Alabama, including the following areas, Bibb, Blount, Dallas, Jefferson, and Perry.
* Through Thursday evening
* Repeated heavy rain from thunderstorms expected over the next two days may lead to periodic flash flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PERRY ... DALLAS ... BLOUNT ... BIBB ... JEFFERSON

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation. You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
