Pomona Police Department investigating a victim of a stabbing.

DATE/TIME: Tuesday July 31, 2018 @ 10:28 pm

LOCATION: 1100 E. Phillips Blvd.

CRIME: 245(a)(1)PC - Assault with a Deadly Weapon

VICTIMS: (2) Male, Hispanic adults

SUSPECT: Unknown

UNIT: Major Crimes Unit

INCIDENT #18-087259

Officers responded to the 1100 block of E. Phillips Blvd. and observed a male, Hispanic adult suffering from multiple stab wounds. Moments later a second victim was located in the 1500 block of S. San Antonio Ave. also suffering from a stabbing. Both victims were transported to a local hospital where victim #1 was in critical condition and Victim #2 was listed in stable condition. The motive for this incident is uncertain at this time and investigators from the Major Crimes Unit are en route to handle.
