DETAILS: Ptl. Zicha initiated a stop of a 2008 BMW for Impeding traffic and Improper Use of the Center lane. During the stop, the operator was identified as Miguel Geigel, a Suspended Driver with a $500.00 Outstanding Warrant from Plainsboro, NJ. The front seat passenger was identified as Lisandra Horton.
Ptl. Zicha continued with the stop and began an investigation into possible CDS activity. Ptl. Zicha was assisted by Sgt. Kivet & his partner K9 Quori. Inside of the vehicle, the following was located: a Black Taurus Millenium PT111 9 mm handgun containing a magazine of (10) 9 mm full metal jacket rounds with one additional round in the chamber, one brick of Heroin stamped in red ink, “KING OF DEATH”, one bundle of Heroin stamped in blue ink with a face wearing sunglasses, approximately (4) decks rubber banded & stamped in blue ink “IRON MAN 2”, approximately (30) grams of Marijuana, (3) MDMA pills “TESLA”, one box of Premiere sandwich bags, a silver scale, (2) Owl Cigarillo packages, and one Hype Cigarillo package.
Geigel and Horton were transported to WWPD Headquarters for Processing. The loaded Taurus handgun had been reported as Stolen out of Lower Makefield Township, PA. During Processing, Geigel was found to have a rolled $1 bill in his left sock. Geigel attempted to hide the $1 bill and when requested to turn it over, Geigel licked the contents (believed to be Cocaine) from the folded interior before turning it over to Ptl. Pollini.
Both Geigel & Horton were determined to be certain persons not permitted to possess weapons. It should be noted that the BMW had traveled within 1000’ of a school. Geigel & Horton were charged with the above listed Offenses and turned over to the custody of the Mercer County Detention Center pending a Court Date at the Mercer County Superior Court.
