Jose Aguilar, 35 year old Montclair resident
Savannah Martinez, 22 year old Pomona resident
Rodolfo Becerra, 37 year old Montclair resident
Frank Sotoguzman, 24 year old Montclair resident
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black Acura
VICTIM VEHICLE: Dodge Dakota pickup truck

NARRATIVE:
On July 29, 2018, at approximately 1:54 pm, Pomona Police Officers were dispatched to a ‘Man with a Gun’ call on the 1300 block of North Mills Ave. The Victim told Police Officers that he interrupted three suspects trying to break into his car. He confronted them, but one of the suspects pointed the shotgun at him. The suspects proceeded to enter the victim’s vehicle and they left the area followed by a black Acura. The victim was not injured during the incident.
The suspects were described as male, Hispanics and were last seen travelling south on Mills Ave. Pomona Police Officers quickly arrived and began an area check. Moments later, a patrol officer located both of the involved vehicles parked on East Kingsley Ave near Mills Ave and detained three male suspects and one female suspect. The victim positively identified the suspects as those who stole his car. During the investigation, Officers also located a short barreled shotgun inside the suspect vehicle (Acura).
The suspects were arrested without further incident and booked at the Pomona Police Department. They were charged with PC 215 – Carjacking, 33210 PC - Possession of a Short Barreled Shotgun; 182(a)(1) PC - Conspiracy; 29800 PC - Felon in Possession of a Firearm and several outstanding warrants.
