Superior Courts Lakeport Division Closed 
Due to the Mendocino Complex Fire and an advisory evacuation in the area, the Superior Court of California, County of Lake, LAKEPORT DIVISION will be Closed Monday July 30, 2018 except to hear the daily in-custody arraignments which will be heard as scheduled at 3:00 pm in Department 2.
All cases set for July 30, 2018 will be rescheduled to Wednesday August 1, 2018. Presiding Judge Andrew Blum will request the Chief Justice to declare the day a judicial holiday under Government Code section 68115. This closure applies to the Lakeport Division ONLY.
Clearlake Court offices and courtroom calendars will be held as scheduled. Any additional closures or changes to court schedules will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
