On Monday, July 30th, 2018 at 7:00am, the intersection of 4th Street & East Avenue will be closed for asphalt resurfacing. This is the final asphalt layer to be applied and the paving company will be moving south during next week. There will be flaggers, but expect long delays.
Paving crews continue today with the intermediate layer of asphalt on East Avenue between 7th and 16 Streets.
East Avenue continues to be closed to through traffic. Use the posted detours.
