California City - Police responded around 7:30 PM to several reports of a shooting near North Loop Blvd and Corwin Ave.

Officers arrived in the area to find 2 shooting victims in the 9000 blk of Lupine Loop at Corwin Ave.

California City Fire Paramedics arrived on scene to treat the victims.

One of the victims was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second victim was transported to a local hospital but later died.

Witnesses in the area describe the vehicle as a 2009-2010 Black Nissan Altima with a license plate that starts with "6KDV"

vehicle will look similar to the photo attached to this alert.

Neighbors reported seeing the shooters vehicle flee with two black males inside the car traveling west toward Corwin and North Loop.

The victims of last nights double homicide have been identified as 12 year-old Trinity Wiggins and 39 year-old Michael Wiggins - both of Cal City.
