Evansville man arrested for Driving While Suspended on a prior conviction. 
On July 21, 2018, at 1:21 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on a Silver 2005 Pontiac passenger car on US 41 near County Road 400 South. During a roadside investigation Deputy U.B. Smith and Sgt. Bruce Vanoven discovered that the driver 28 year old Dakota Dillon of Evansville was driving on a suspended license. At that point Sgt. Bruce Vanoven placed Mr. Dillon into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended/Prior. Mr. Dillon was also issued citations for speed and for a child restraint violation. Ms. Dillon remains in custody on a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
