On Tuesday July 17th at 12:42 PM, officers investigated a drug complaint at 1202 Stuart St. In the investigation, officers had prior knowledge of the area and the residents at this address. Officers remembered the west side community police officers had seized 20 lbs. of marijuana from 411 S. Maple St on May 3rd and arrested several suspects for various drug charges. Officers knew that other family members of the suspects from Maple St. lived on Stuart St. Based on this information, and the observation of short term traffic at the Stuart St., officers conducted a drug investigation.
Officers observed a vehicle leaving the house on Stuart St. and later stopped the vehicle for the traffic violations observed. In the investigation of the traffic stop, officers located marijuana and learned the marijuana was just purchased at the above address.

Based on the below intel, officers applied for and were granted a search warrant. As the warrant was being prepared, officers observed another vehicle leaving the residence. This vehicle was later stopped for not stopping at a stop sign. In the investigation of the traffic stop, officers located marijuana in the car. The driver, Jose Castellano, a 22 yr. old resident of the above address, was taken into custody and transported to the Green Bay Police Department as the drug investigation continued. Mr. Castellano is related to the susepcts that were arrested on May 3rd. The Green Bay Police Department SWAT team executed the search warrant as the investigating officers had Intel that there may be weapons in the residence.

Once the warrant was served, officers searched the residence and the two vehicles that were stopped in this investigation. After the areas were searched, officers confiscated approximately 346 grams of marijuana, .47 grams of cocaine, $12,600 in currency, two loaded handguns, rifle ammunition, and a 2010 Dodge Challenger. These seizures would not have been possible without the hard work of all the officers and the skill of our department K9’s Pyro, Drago, and Roco.

As a result, officers and Investigators are recommending charges to the Brown County District Attorney on Jose Castellano for Keeper of a Drug House, possession with the intent to deliver THC, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Other arrests include:

• Paige Moureau, a 21 year old Green Bay resident - recommending charges of keeper of a drug house, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possession of cocaine.
• Jorge Negrete, 41 year old Kewaunee resident - recommending charges of possession of marijuana and possession with the intent to deliver THC
• Christopher Krohn, 33 year old Kewaunee resident – recommending charge of possession of Marijuana
• Cory Kinjerski, a 41 year old Kewaunee resident - recommending charge of possession of marijuana.
