A work crew is breaching White's Dam on the Middle Oconee at Flinchum's Phoenix. A bunch of folks on tubes and rafts floated down the river and into the work zone.
Please avoid the area unless you want to play chicken with an excavator, a bunch of broken concrete, and some rebar.
