Upgrades and Improvements to our Non-Emergency Telephone Lines 
San Mateo Police Department is currently working on enhancing our non-emergency police telephone lines to improve our service to the community. These upgrades could temporarily cause interruptions to calls. If you experience an interruption or disconnection, please call our emergency telephone line 9-1-1. Our emergency line is a separate system and will not be impacted during this project.
