Two Car Personal Injury Crash

Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports his office investigated a two car personal injury accident on Indian Lake Rd just north of Middle Crossing, Silver Creek Twp, Cass County, Michigan. This crash occurred on 07-15-2018 at approx. 0941 hrs.

Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene after a north bound Pickup truck was attempting to turn into a driveway and was rear ended. The pickup that was rear ended was operated by John Hargreaves, 53 yrs of Dowagiac, MI. Hargreaves had his two children in the vehicle, Gabriel and Jerrica Hargreaves. Jerrica suffered minor injuries in the crash and was transported to Lakeland Hospital, by pride Care Ambulance. The pickup that rear ended the Hargreaves was driven by James Mosier, 26 yrs of Dowagiac, MI. Mosier was uninjured in the crash. .

Alcohol is not a factor in the crash and Seatbelts were worn..
