Date: July 13, 2018
Incident: One subject arrested for possession of an altered replica firearm
Location of Incident: 35th St. and San Pablo Ave.
Date/Time Occurred: 7/13/18 10:07 pm
Incident Case Number: 1807-1104

Arrested: Black, Bryan 48 year old resident of Oakland, CA
Charges: Black was charged with 20150(a) P.C. (altering the appearance of a replica firearm)

Narrative: On 07/13/18 at 10:07 pm an Officer with the Emeryville Police Dept. observed a vehicle being driven without license plates in the area of 35th St. and San Pablo Ave., a violation of 5200(a) C.V.C.

While contacting the subject, the Officer learned the subject was on probation with a search clause. A probation search of the vehicle revealed an altered replica firearm concealed in his bag. The replica firearm did not have the required orange tip attached, a violation of 20150(a) P.C.

The subject was arrested for the related charge and a violation of probation, 1203.2(a) P.C.
