UPDATE: The suspect vehicle is an older model Jeep or SUV (box shaped) maroon in color. The front frame was exposed. (The bumper below was left at the scene). The driver was an older white female 50-60 years old, described as thick from the waist up, skinny legs, wearing a baby blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
